History
The “Bruit Qui Court” restaurant was created in May 2004 by Xavier Raymakers and Sylvie Dias, both hailing from Belgium and holding a diploma from the École d'Hôtellerie of Liège in 1988 and 1987.
After 14 years spent working for other people and a stay of 2 years in Monaco, they have decided to fly their own flag, and they planted it in Menton.
Their golden rule is: Always search for quality and extremely fresh products to incorporate them in their recipes.
